About the role: Location: Hatfield, AL10 Hours: 17:30 - 02:00 Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday / Thursday - Sunday Salary: £30,618 Per Annum What youll be doing: As a Team Manager in our Sort operation you'll support the operation through the co-ordination and close control of our parcel processing activity to achieve the timely, safe and efficient distribution of parcels, whilst maintaining the highest of standards of site performance at all times, in line with Company procedures. You're part of our essential management team, therefore you'll provide leadership to our Team Leaders and hardworking Sort staff including the allocation of colleagues to tasks, supervision of performance standards and identification and resolution of operational or staffing problems through the Sort centre management chain. You'll work closely with all other Team Managers and Sort managers to ensure continuity of operational efficiency in the Shaw Hub.
