Key Responsibilities of this role::

As an Learning Support assistant you may support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum and running your own nurture group with SEN children, this role is working 121 with one child on a daily basis. De-escalation, the ability to calm children down and reduce anxity leading to behaviour problems. Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs

Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement
