The Position – Behaviour Mentor

We are looking for a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who may display challenging behaviour or require additional emotional support. You will work closely with the class teachers, SENCO, and pastoral team to implement behaviour strategies, deliver interventions, and provide 1:1 or small group support. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils. Experience supporting students with SEMH needs is desirable.
