Following expansion from two tearooms to three over the past four years, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic leader to support operations across our growing business.

Your main responsibility will be to supervise the day-to-day activities of your team to ensure operational excellence. You will lead by example, working closely with peers across all shops to maintain the highest standards and deliver outstanding service to both your team and customers. Our goal is simple: to provide a consistent 5? experience in every tearoom.

Although you will be based at our North Weald branch, you will occasionally be required to travel to our Bishops Stortford branches to support operations. This is an essential part of the role.

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service

• Lead, motivate and coach your team to maintain high performance and morale

• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards

• Support operational consistency across all branches

• Manage stock levels and oversee ordering processes

• Work to budgets and targets, supporting overall business performance

• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and cleanliness

• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality (required)

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role

• Barista and food preparation experience

• Experience working with stock control

• Strong ability to manage, motivate and coach a team

• Ability to adhere to budgets and targets

• Calm and efficient under pressure in a busy environment

• Strong team player

• Full, valid driving licence

• Access to a reliable vehicle

• Ability to travel between branches when required

• 5 days per week

• Includes one weekend day and a double weekend every other weekend

• Hours between 8am 6pm

• One early finish per week
