An enterprise-level security systems integrator is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to oversee a prestigious, large-scale London site. This is a key client-facing role managing a high-profile account within a complex, enterprise environment. The site is a large Lenel-based site. Formal Lenel certifications are not required, but a strong working knowledge and enterprise-level background are essential. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for building managers and key client stakeholders • Day-to-day management of a critical enterprise account • Lead, manage, and support a team of 6–7 on-site engineers • Coordinate service delivery, workflow, and operational priorities • Prepare and manage quotations for system upgrades and enhancements • Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction • Adapt to a diverse and evolving role within a dynamic environment Ideal Candidate Profile: • Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager, Service Manager, or similar role • Background in enterprise-level security systems integration • Strong understanding of access control systems (Lenel experience highly desirable) • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience leading engineering or technical teams • Commercial awareness, including quoting and upgrade planning This role offers long-term stability, exposure to a flagship account, and the opportunity to work on a prestigious London site within a well-established integrator
