Technical Account Manager, sales role based from HQ in Syston. Basic to £40,000 + Uncapped OTE, £50k year one, Pension & Comprehensive Benefits. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Professional with a semi technical aptitude- If you are a problem-solver who enjoys the variety of switching between technical solutions and a hands-on site evaluation, this is the role for you. You won’t be following a script—you’ll be the heartbeat of the sales process.

Based in Syston, this role is a key technical-commercial hybrid. You will bridge the gap between engineering and the customer, providing expert guidance on technical sales.

The Role

  • Technical Lead: Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, translating customer requirements into consultative solutions.
  • Demonstrations & Training: Deliver product presentations and hands-on training at our dedicated facility in Syston.
  • Commercial Support: Assist the sales team with technical specifications, tender responses, and quotations.
  • Site Engagement: Conduct site visits for system evaluations and troubleshooting, ensuring successful project handovers.
  • Market Insight: Identify growth opportunities and represent the company at industry trade shows.
