We are seeking a Technical Advisor to join our Project Management Team in London. This role combines technical and administrative support, helping to maintain systems, support research, and ensure projects run efficiently. You will work closely with the leadership team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities: You will provide fast, hands-on support for the Viewpoint system, assisting internal teams and external consultants with project setup, tender packs, access issues, and technical queries. The role includes delivering Viewpoint and IDP training, supporting day-to-day administration, and working closely with the Information Manager to manage the Information Delivery Plan (IDP) process. You will help ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and Building Safety Act requirements while providing ongoing support to consultants.
