Role & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical design and construction detailing across RIBA Stages 3-4 Prepare and coordinate technical packages, including external cladding and faade systems Produce and manage detailed Revit models and technical drawings Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure buildability and compliance Support project delivery across a range of residential and mixed-use developments Contribute technical input to design development and problem-solving Ensure projects comply with current Building Regulations and industry standards
