Role Overview As a Technical Architect, you will assess existing application and data architectures and define future-state solutions that are modular, resilient, and performance-driven. You will play a key role in shaping integration platforms, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring solutions meet regulatory, operational, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities Review and assess legacy application, integration, and data warehouse architectures Design target-state architectures, including modern .NET structures, containerized workloads, and scalable platforms Recommend modernization and cloud strategies across on-prem and cloud environments Define secure integration patterns using APIs and messaging technologies Establish and validate non-functional requirements such as performance, availability, and recovery objectives Create clear architecture documentation and diagrams to support delivery teams Work closely with developers, analysts, UX, and data teams to ensure aligned solutions Provide technical leadership, support DevOps and automation practices, and mentor engineering teams

Skills & Experience 10+ years experience in application and solution architecture Strong background in .NET/C#, SQL Server, and enterprise integration Proven experience modernizing monolithic systems into service-based or microservices architectures Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) Experience with messaging, APIs, observability, and testing practices Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders Banking or financial services experience preferred; familiarity with BCBS239 or DORA is a plus Architecture certifications (TOGAF, Azure/AWS) desirable
