Sitting as part of the Specialty Division Operations team, the Technical Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring all businesses in the Division adhere to the PIB Group standards to deliver a consistent high-quality service to all of our customers by: Understanding and meeting our customers demands and needs Delivery of consistent and fair outcomes for customers through compliant processes

Along with driving excellence in customer delivery the Technical Assurance Manager will ensure all complaints, errors & omissions and breaches are managed in line with Group risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
