We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to lead and facilitate critical technology-driven projects focused on reconciliation processes and payment systems.
This role will play a key part in coordinating system upgrades, ensuring data integrity, and aligning multi-regional stakeholder teams with project goals and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and execution of technology upgrades for reconciliation matching engines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure and technology units based APAC and EMEA, to ensure seamless project alignment.
- Support upgrades to financial data pipelines to ensure continued operational efficiency and compliance.
- Engage all relevant teams through each project phase—from planning and development to testing and deployment.
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks, particularly those associated with potential data integrity issues during system changes.
- Provide regular status updates, communicate dependencies, and drive resolution of project roadblocks.
- Proven experience in technology-focused business analysis and project management, particularly in the financial sector.
- In-depth understanding of reconciliation processes and reconciliation engine workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups and regions.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with an attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial messaging standards such as ISO 20022 MX/MT.
- Experience with both cloud-based technology environments and legacy on-premise system upgrades.
- Familiarity with Broadridge TRAM or similar financial reconciliation platforms.
