Our client is a leading, global professional services firm, providing a broad range of services in strategy and consulting, interactive, technology and operations, with digital capabilities across all of these services. They are current seeking to appoint a Technical Business Analyst.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be a conduit between the development team and key stakeholders, translating business requirements into concise, actionable specifications. You will drive delivery success by aligning solutions with business goals, user needs and technical constraints.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will:
Act as a conduit between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, evoke requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
Create designs, process flows, business rules catalogues and product backlog items to agree requirements with product owners.
Lead complex business impact assessments across multiple business streams.
Support large implementations and ensure business readiness.
Ensure business is operationally ready to support the target operating model.
Drive business change activities including building comms and training.
Support Testing.
Collaborate with multiple other teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning).
Identify risks, constraints and dependencies to the team and stakeholders.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will need:
18 months + experience as a Business Analyst in a delivery or tech environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration concepts.
Ability to coach and lead Junior Business Analysts.
Have experience of leading on innovative solution design.
Utilising one or more tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or Excel
Can showcase an understanding of and practical experience with either an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Waterfall delivery
Strong in SQL for data validation and analysis.
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, validate business requirements, and uncover quality issues.
Exposure to enterprise platforms, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce), or GenAI
Exposure to UX principles or wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
