Technical Business Analyst

to join a leading organisation based in Birmingham. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver business-critical IT solutions across a range of enterprise systems, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams. About the Role As a key member of the IT and Business Transformation team, you will evaluate and optimise existing processes, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and lead the delivery of technology-driven solutions. Youll be working across multiple departments to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
