Technical Business Analyst - Travel Industry An exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable travel company on an initial 1 year contract, where you will be responsible for translating business information from multiple sources, presenting it to both technical and non-technical audiences, and acting as a liaison between external development providers, central functions, and internal teams. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will need to have proven experience in the travel industry with strong knowledge of tour operator processes including the functions of flights, connectivity, operations, sales & finance. Technical Business Analyst - Role & Responsibilities: Identify, analyse, and prioritise business requirements. Understand and describe business processes, suggest improvements. Translate high-level information into detailed insights. Develop insightful recommendations and document business requirements. Drive and challenge business users on their input and assumptions. Identify requirements for change, assess impacts, and deliver training. Ensure sound project governance across all work streams. Work with other departments to manage supplier relationships.
