What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for complex technical programmes.
• Translate business needs into clear technical documentation to support engineering and delivery teams.
• Map processes, analyse data flows, and define system options to support robust solution design.
• Collaborate with software, platform, and infrastructure teams across areas such as AI, cyber, cloud, and DevOps.
• Assess how emerging technologies — including AI and GenAI — can deliver value in secure, regulated environments.
• Support the development of technical roadmaps and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of systems supporting national security capabilities.

Main Skills Needed:

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Engineer, or similar hybrid role.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Understanding of modern software development practices and delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with data modelling and analysing complex technical systems.
• Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI and GenAI and where they can be applied responsibly.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
