The Opportunity

As Business Systems Analyst, you will take responsibility for the organisation’s core internal systems landscape across HR, Finance and CRM platforms.

In a lean, growing environment, you won’t have layers of teams doing the heavy lifting for you. Instead, you will:

Translate business needs into practical system solutions

Improve workflows rather than simply digitising broken processes

Oversee integrations between SaaS platforms

Act as the bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical execution

Drive automation and productivity improvements

Manage key technology vendors and hold them accountable

What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely bring:

Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator or similar

*

Hands-on experience integrating SaaS platforms (APIs, data mapping, middleware)

*

Strong process mapping and analytical capability

*

Experience working across Finance and/or HRIS systems

*

Confidence managing third-party vendors

*

Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority

*

Experience supporting projects or system implementations end-to-end

A background in ERP, HRIS, Finance systems or enterprise tools is ideal.

The Contract

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
