The role delivers complex software solutions to UK and international customers, ensuring successful post-sales implementation and client satisfaction. It involves collaborating with project and account teams, contributing to high-quality service delivery, and supporting secure, customer-focused outcomes, with a hybrid working model and approximately 20% travel.

Responsibilities
Translate complex customer requirements into secure, scalable solutions

Design and deploy enterprise PKI and IAM platforms

Lead installations, testing, go-live, and upgrades

Provide expert guidance and training to customers

Work closely with Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to ensure successful outcomes

Experience required
Experience delivering enterprise security or software solutions

Strong PKI expertise (CAs, HSMs)

IAM experience in complex environments desirable.

Background in systems integration, software services or consultancy

SC clearance (or eligibility)

Any of the following of interest, MFA, smart cards, security tokens, PIV/CAC, CMS/IDMS, telecoms, networking.
