Are you a driven and experienced Contract Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, one of the UKs leading FM providers is seeking a talented professional to oversee operations within a prestigious, trophy building in Canary Wharf.
In this pivotal role, youll lead a team of both shift and day technicians while managing a P&L of £1.5 million. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of day and shift technicians
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and tenants.
Oversee and manage a £1.5m P&L
Identify and drive extra works opportunities
Requirements
Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
