The role:

* As Technical Controller you will lead, manage and develop a small team, with responsibility for successful supplier management, conducting supplier visits in the UK and Europe, performing product audits, managing compliance, and representing the company in industry meetings.

* Having a depth of food legislation understanding the Technical Controller will define and implement the relevant policies, processes and ways of working.

* The Technical Controller will develop collaborative relationships with wider functions internally and externally to agree and drive ways of working and standards of compliance

* The Technical Controller will be responsible for maintaining and developing effective procedures for quality assurance, ensuring that all brand quality, food and product safety stage gates are met.
