This is an exciting opportunity to join L&Q's growing Operational Building Safety Team within the Property Services Directorate. As a Technical Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, compliant homes for our residents, contributing to a developing service with a strong focus on collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
The role reports to the Lead Building Safety Managers. You will work in close collaboration with Assistant Building Safety Managers, Building Safety Managers, Head of Service, and Director of Building Compliance, alongside the Strategic Building Safety Team.
