They'll really want you to get stuck into the life cycle and as you'll have an involvement in the RIBA stages as well as the BIM coordinated design - including overseeing and monitoring drawings and planning conditions and liaising with the local authorities and LABC - you'll ideally come from an architectural background.

They've an experienced team to assist you and a real mix of experience from different walks of the new build residential sphere. You'll be office based (North Manchester) but able to get out onto site as well and see your input taking shape. They'll be offering you a very competitive package plus loads of extra bits added on - the usual car allowance, pension and health care package - and then bits which'll improve your work/life balance the longer you're there, too.
