This is a customer-centric leadership role designed for someone passionate about operational excellence, service reliability, and managing complex technology environments at scale. As a key figure in the delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing service execution, managing diverse technical teams, and ensuring systems and solutions align with client expectations and contractual commitments.
