Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Anson McCade A major player in the enterprise technology sector is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of critical IT services for high-profile clients across the UK. This is a customer-centric leadership role designed for someone passionate about operational excellence, service reliability, and managing complex technology environments at scale. As a key figure in the delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing service execution, managing diverse technical teams, and ensuring systems and solutions align with client expectations and contractual commitments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multidisciplinary technical teams, including field engineers, system administrators, subject matter experts, and support staff Serve as the key delivery interface between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality service Oversee incident resolution, change management, and problem solving across software, infrastructure, and operational areas Drive the delivery of future-proof, reliable, and secure IT systems in collaboration with product and technical SMEs Align technical solutions with customer business needs and evolving digital strategies Work directly with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to guide the design and deployment of tailored IT services Monitor service performance and identify areas for continuous improvement Skills and Experience Required: 10+ years of experience leading IT delivery teams in complex, enterprise environments Software Engineering background Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and digital product delivery Track record of working with digital platforms, cloud-based environments, and enterprise transformation projects Must have experience with pre sales in a blue-chip consulting environment Experience with Cloud migrations is highly beneficial and desired Proven ability to manage project governance, scope, risk, change control, and budgeting Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with senior leadership Experience managing demand planning, prioritisation, and forecasting Strong people management and team-building capabilities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, SAFe, or Scrum Master Why Join: Competitive base salary of 100,000120,000 + bonus Opportunity to work with some of the worlds most recognised organisations and cutting-edge technologies Access to leading training resources and certifications (including Microsoft, AWS, Google) Flexible, UK-wide working opportunities with room for both personal and professional growth Inclusive and supportive working environment that prioritises innovation, wellbeing, and diversity If youre ready to lead technology delivery at scale and play a key role in mission-critical operations, this role offers the platform and support to succeed at the highest level.
