Technical Delivery Experience: Proven track record in managing complex integration projects, particularly in the payment's domain. Payments Expertise: Strong background in payment flows and real-time payment implementations. Banking/Financial Services Background: Essential experience in a banking or financial services environment. Leadership Skills: Strong capability to lead technology delivery and inspire teams. Agile Delivery: hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to enhance delivery efficiency. Critical Thinking: An execution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Finacle Knowledge: Familiarity with Finacle core banking implementations, including experience with the Finacle Data Model and version 11.x, is a plus.
