We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to support a large-scale technology and risk transformation programme for a leading organisation based in Sheffield. This role will focus on driving strategic initiatives, strengthening technology controls, and ensuring effective delivery across multiple teams.

Lead the delivery of strategic technology and control improvement initiatives across multiple operational areas.
Work closely with control teams to plan and implement transformation programmes while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
Ensure technology controls are designed and implemented in accordance with regulatory standards, governance frameworks, and internal policies.
Drive improvements and remediation activities to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of existing control environments.
Develop and monitor key metrics to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of control frameworks.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and audit functions to support effective risk management.
Use risk and performance data to help prioritise initiatives and inform decision-making.
Promote the use of Agile delivery approaches and automation tools to improve efficiency and programme outcomes.

Proven experience delivering complex solutions within large enterprise environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
Experience designing or improving governance, control, or operational frameworks.
Solid understanding of technology risk, compliance, and industry best practices.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working in complex technology landscapes.
Familiarity with enterprise risk management tools and platforms, ideally within large financial services organisations.
