We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to support a large-scale technology and risk transformation programme for a leading organisation based in Sheffield. This role will focus on driving strategic initiatives, strengthening technology controls, and ensuring effective delivery across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of strategic technology and control improvement initiatives across multiple operational areas. Work closely with control teams to plan and implement transformation programmes while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. Ensure technology controls are designed and implemented in accordance with regulatory standards, governance frameworks, and internal policies. Drive improvements and remediation activities to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of existing control environments. Develop and monitor key metrics to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of control frameworks. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and audit functions to support effective risk management. Use risk and performance data to help prioritise initiatives and inform decision-making.
