Technical Director (Plumbing & Heating) Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 base, OTE £70,000 – £75,000, plus overtime, company vehicle, excellent company benefits, door-to-door, local patch. Location: Home‑based role ideally located in Kettering, Northampton, Market Harborough, Corby, Peterborough, Raunds, Rushden, Market Harborough & surrounding areas. Based in Northamptonshire. Hours: Monday – Friday. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the engineering team for heating and plumbing services across domestic and commercial settings. Oversee maintenance programmes and ensure quality delivery. Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations. Drive customer service excellence and staff development.
Qualifications & Requirements
Senior or Manager level experience in plumbing & heating. Strong management and lead background. Gas Safe certification. Full UK driving licence.
