Contract Opportunity - Outside IR35 - Composite Manufacturing Requirement : an experienced Technical Expert within Composite Manufacturing to act as technical liaison between OEM and composite suppliers. The position begins with 1 month in the UK, followed by an ongoing rotation of 3 weeks at the supplier location in India and 1 week back in the UK. About the role: Oversee lamination and lay-up activities to ensure compliance with ply books, drawings, and specifications. Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of composite components. Monitor material control, curing processes, tooling readiness, and dimensional accuracy. Identify and escalate manufacturing or quality concerns early, supporting root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Work closely with supplier production and quality teams to improve process discipline and build consistency.
