The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NRW's Fleet Management Team, contributing to the efficient management and optimisation of fleet-related technical services. This Role plays a vital part in delivering a reliable, cost- effective, and sustainable fleet, supporting the organisation's day-to-day activities and overall operational effectiveness.

The postholder will support contract management by liaising with external stakeholders and service providers, monitoring performance to ensure compliance, and assisting with contract renewals in line with NRW procurement regulations. In addition, the role will oversee fleet performance and regulatory compliance, including operator's licence requirements, and provide reports and statistics to support the team leader and wider organisational reporting.

As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to an NRW office within the place base / location above and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
