Lead and manage a team of 3rd line technical specialists. Prioritise daily workloads and ensure timely delivery of tasks. Handle ad-hoc technical escalations and provide guidance where needed. Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain service quality. Oversee BAU contract renewals for support and maintenance services. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement within the team. Ensure compliance with SLAs and service standards.
