The Opportunity We are working with a well established national contractor delivering construction and refurbishment projects across the UK. This is a key technical leadership role within the business, offering full ownership of HVAC projects from initial scoping and design through to installation, commissioning and handover. You will play a critical role in ensuring systems are technically sound, energy efficient and commercially viable, while leading delivery across multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone who has come from a hands on HVAC background and is looking to step into a position where they can influence design, lead teams and take ownership of project outcomes. What You Will Be Doing Technical Leadership and Design
Lead site surveys, project scoping and client requirement capture Carry out and validate heating and cooling load calculations Define system strategies including VRF, heat pumps, AHU and ventilation systems Select equipment based on performance, efficiency and long term value Identify risks early and ensure designs are fit for purpose Technical Governance and Compliance
