We are looking for a Project Manager for Technical M&E Projects to join our growing team and lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical projects from inception through to completion.As a Technical M&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of technical M&E projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required standards. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors and clients, managing all aspects of project performance, commercial control and client communication.This is a key, client-facing role requiring strong organisation, leadership and decision-making skills, along with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.Some of the key responsibilities of the Technical M&E Project Manager will include:Manage technical M&E projects from conception to completionControl programme, budget, risk and commercial performanceCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliersMaintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder communicationsOversee Health & Safety compliance and site standardsPrepare and manage reports, valuations, variations and cost controlEnsure compliance with CDM regulations, Building Regulations and company proceduresAbout You:Mechanical or Electrical qualification in a building-related discipline (essential)Proven experience delivering technical or M&E projects end-to-endStrong knowledge of Health & Safety, CDM and building legislationExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage at senior levelsCommercially aware with experience managing budgets and programmesHighly organised, adaptable and able to work under pressureSMSTS qualification (essential)UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle and willingness to travel nationwideDesirable qualifications include Prince2/APM, NEBOSH, IOSH or Quantity Surveying experience.Well make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job.
