Position: Technical Network Architect Location: Milton Keynes Day Rate: £550-£600 p.d inside IR35 UKSV SC Clearance Required We're looking for a seasoned Technical Network Architect to support a high-profile central government programme. If you thrive in secure, complex environments and enjoy shaping robust, scalable network solutions, this role will suit you perfectly. What you'll bring Strong people skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts with ease. Experience working in secure government environments. Deep knowledge of network architecture, including: Network topology and configuration Wireless architecture Firewalls Load balancing Inter/intra-site connectivity VPN configuration Public cloud connectivity Proven ability to produce high-quality architectural documentation (HLDs, LLDs, options assessments). Confident requirements management and ownership of technical deliverables. Working knowledge of auditing and security tooling. Strong understanding of NCSC, GDS, CIS, Cyber Essentials, NIST and wider UK government technology standards. Desirable Experience working within a matrix organisation.
