Technical Operations Manager – Oxford\n\nLocation: Oxford | Salary: £60,000–£65,000\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a single-site facility in Oxford. This is a hands-on role managing a small team of engineers and ensuring all engineering and maintenance tasks are delivered to the highest standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage a small engineering team, providing leadership, guidance, and support\n\n * Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services\n\n * Carry out engineering tasks as required, maintaining a hands-on approach\n\n * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements\n\n * Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, including PPMs\n\n * Liaise with stakeholders and contractors as required\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Technically qualified (electrical, mechanical, or M&E )\n\n * Proven experience managing a small team within a technical/engineering environment\n\n * Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance, and compliance standards\n\n * Excellent communication and organisational skills\n\nSalary: £60,000–£65,000\n\nA great opportunity for a technically skilled manager to take full ownership of a single-site operation in Oxford and lead a committed team
