Technical Partner Manager – (Strategic Partner Manager) – Gaming (EMEA Focus)


  • 12 months contract
  • Hybrid in London
  • Salary: £80,000 - £85,000/annum


We’re hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to join a fast-paced global tech environment focused on scaling gaming ecosystems and partner success. This role sits at the intersection of gaming, data, and platform technology—working directly with game developers and internal product teams to drive adoption, performance, and growth across a large-scale digital platform. You’ll operate in a highly dynamic environment, supporting strategic partners and helping shape how gaming experiences evolve at scale.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with game developers, focusing on growth, platform adoption, and performance optimization
  • Drive integration and adoption of platform features by working closely with partners on technical implementation and use cases
  • Analyze partner performance using data (e.g., engagement, monetization, retention metrics) to identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate partner needs into technical and product improvements
  • Identify and onboard new partners by evaluating market trends, platform fit, and technical requirements
  • Support partners in troubleshooting platform integrations, feature rollouts, and performance-related technical challenges


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or account management within the gaming or tech industry
  • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem (mobile, platforms, monetization models, developer workflows)
  • Solid technical aptitude with the ability to understand platform features, APIs, integrations, and product capabilities
  • Advanced data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools) with experience interpreting large datasets and KPIs
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams on technical initiatives
  • Familiarity with platform ecosystems, developer tools, and emerging technologies (AI tools or automation is a plus)
