We are hiring a Technical Product Delivery Manager for a leading global financial markets data organization. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Business, and Engineering, where you will drive the evolution of a real-time, low-latency market data platform that powers critical systems across the organization. You will act as the voice of the customer, working closely with multiple engineering squads to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligned with business goals Act as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into clear technical requirements Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are well-defined and actionable Work closely with 3–4 engineering squads to drive delivery and ensure alignment Collaborate with Agile Delivery teams to support effective sprint and quarterly planning Engage with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams Track and analyze product performance metrics to guide decision-making Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end platform ecosystem
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Product Management / Product Delivery / Technical Program Management Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Hands-on experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments Solid understanding of modern software systems, APIs, and platform architecture Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) Exposure to real-time or low-latency data systems Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics for product decisions
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services / market data / trading platforms Exposure to distributed systems or high-performance platforms
