Recent hit releases SIDE have provided dialogue services for include Cyberpunk 2077, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Hitman III, Returnal, It Takes Two and more.The ideal candidate for this role is excited about what we do, who we are and is ready to be a part of our growing business.As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of dialogue production, supporting games ranging from indie to AAA, and working with studios worldwide, producing dialogue in 30+ languages.As a Technical Production Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of voice production across multiple projects, including tech & digital media. You will work with several major global clients, ensuring high-quality service, timely delivery of deliverables, and adherence to budget.You may also support the Post Production team with their post service pipeline across multiple projects.Duties And Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare initial production cost estimates for clients based on their briefPrepare detailed cost estimates as the client’s brief expands, and early script information becomes availableTake the first pass of client, vendor and talent contracts to identify errors or negotiation pointsSource and negotiate fees with partner studios in requested territories as neededPrepare and maintain a project schedule for recordingPrepare recording scripts and oversee preparation of assets for voice talent, directors, and studio engineersBrief recording studio teams about the production and answer their questionsTrack the progress of recording sessions and update schedules, talent, director, and studio bookingsIntegrate script updates and changes and adjust schedules accordinglyTrack final asset deliverables in coordination with the audio delivery team, ensuring client best practicesTrack costs and handle queries and issues arisingLiaise with the client to keep them informed and follow up on concernsEnsure QA and editing are completed to high standards and on scheduleDevise workflow improvements and efficiencies through process changes or new toolsDevelop tools and advanced Excel spreadsheets to enable more effective ways of workingRequirements3 years’ experience in a role requiring a similar project management/project coordinator skill set3 years’ experience managing multiple budgets in excess of £50,000 eachExperienced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, comfortable using VBA; knowledge of Python is a plusExperienced user or advanced knowledge of audio technology such as AVID Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, iZotopeExperience working with a large number of files across multiple projects and languagesThe ability to strategize and allocate resources for upcoming projectsExcellent client-facing and internal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenSelf-starter who can work independently and as part of a teamComfortable taking direction from senior staff and mentoring junior staffBenefitsCompetitive remuneration, holidays, flexible working and regular team socialsA supportive community inclusive of LGBTQ+ and people of all ages, ethnicities, religions, and abilities.
