What you'll be doing:

You'll be the strategic orchestrator turning ambitious product roadmaps into deliverable reality. Managing multiple complex programmes simultaneously, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate quarterly planning sessions, and ensure everyone stays aligned on priorities and milestones.

From daily stand-ups to executive presentations, you'll track progress, identify risks before they become problems, and keep stakeholders informed with clear updates. You'll work across global teams and time zones, managing dependencies and ensuring seamless delivery from concept to launch.

You'll cover all aspects from strategic planning, programme delivery, stakeholder management, process optimisation, document and analysis and budget oversight.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years managing complex projects in agile environments. You're fluent in Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks like SAFe. PMP certification essential, Scrum Master certification preferred.

You've mastered tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project, and can present confidently to any audience from developers to executives. Experience with distributed teams and change management in software environments is crucial.

You're someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and gets energised by helping teams achieve their best work.
