Description
Lead end-to-end delivery of the technology workstream for a major integration programme. Build and manage the integrated technology delivery plan across digital, ecommerce, retail, data, supply chain, and corporate technology domains. Coordinate technical teams and vendors to deliver application integrations, data migrations, security controls, and infrastructure changes. Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and programme-wide impacts, maintaining tight control of timelines and quality. Validate technical deliverables against business and customer requirements. Produce clear and concise updates for leadership, steering groups, and cross-functional stakeholders. Track implications of the technology programme, contributing to forecasting, cost management, and variance analysis.
Profile
A successful Technical Project Manager should have:
7+ years delivering large-scale technology programmes, ideally within consumer-focused environments (retail, FMCG, ecommerce, digital-first brands). Strong experience managing multi-disciplinary technology projects including integrations, data migrations, and platform modernisation. Demonstrated ability to work across digital applications, data platforms, security, and infrastructure. Proven experience managing complex cutovers and supporting post-go-live hypercare. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management across technical teams, business functions, vendors, and senior leadership. Clear communicator able to translate complex technical content for non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall). Strong awareness around project budgets, cost drivers, and forecasting. Advanced skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word; hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
Job Offer
