Developing and operating across North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific, Vantage has evolved data center design in innovative ways to deliver dramatic gains in reliability, efficiency and sustainability in flexible environments that can scale as quickly as the market demands.# **Location: London - hybrid Essential Job Functions*** Lead end to end delivery of network programmes, including large scale network migrations, data centre network implementations and global infrastructure upgrades.* Manage planning, execution, and coordination of cabling activities, ISP provisioning, circuit installation, and network redundancy solutions.* Oversee firmware upgrade cycles across firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure to ensure standardisation and compliance.* Coordinate closely with cross functional teams (Network Operations, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Site Operations, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.* Drive stakeholder management across multiple regions, providing clear communication, progress reporting, risk assessments, and escalation management.* Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding process, contract discussions, delivery timelines, and performance oversight.* Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and invoice reconciliation.* Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, change management records).* Ensure compliance with organisational standards, change management processes, and security requirements.* Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the continuous enhancement of project delivery frameworks.# **Preferred Tooling Experience*** Project Management Tools: ClickUp (preferred), Jira, Asna, Smartsheet or similar* Network vendor technologies: Fortinet (Fortigate, Forimanager, FortiAnalyser), Palo Alto, Cisco (Catalyst, Meraki, Nexus) Arista* Supporting Platform: Confluence, ServiceNow, Sharepoint, MS Teams# **Job Requirements*** Proven experience managing end to end network infrastructure projects or programmes in enterprise scale environments.* Strong understanding of core networking concepts: routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, redundancy, BGP, OSPF, load balancing, etc.* Hands on experience delivering projects involving data centre network deployments, cabling, ISP circuits, or global network upgrades.* Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non technical audiences.* Solid vendor management skills, including coordination of contractors, MSPs, and third party partners.* Strong financial management capability (budget tracking, forecasting, capital/operational expenditure oversight).* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment.* Strong documentation skills and experience using structured project governance frameworks.* Ability to work across global time zones and engage with teams in APAC, EMEA, and NA.## **Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.* Certifications such as: + PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification + Networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP, NSE4+, PCNSE)* Experience supporting high availability or mission critical environments (e.g., data centres).* Prior experience working in globally distributed teams.* Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.# The Network Department is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organisation’s global network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and high performance connectivity across all sites and data centres. The team oversees core networking functions including routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, redundancy, and ISP services, while driving large‐scale initiatives such as network migrations, data centre implementations, and firmware standardisation programmes. Working closely with cross functional teams, the department ensures alignment with security standards, operational requirements, and business objectives. In addition, the team manages vendor relationships, oversees circuit and hardware procurement, supports financial planning for network investments, and provides strategic guidance to enable scalable and resilient network growth across regions.#LI-FW1 #LI-HybridWe operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
