We’re seeking a highly organised, commercially minded, and technically confident Technical Project Managerto lead the successful delivery of web and digital experience projects. This is not a purely administrative delivery role—it’s a client-facing leadership position where you will take full ownership of projects from start to finish. You’ll ensure delivery is smooth, efficient, and profitable, while acting as the key link between clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll confidently manage scope, timelines, and budgets, while bringing clarity to complex technical discussions, driving decisions, and building strong, trusted client relationships.Must have either Digital Agency or strong E-commerce experience!Key Responsibilities:Lead projects from initiation through to launch, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are effectively managedAct as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships and providing trusted guidanceProduce and maintain key project documentation, including RAID logs, delivery plans, and status reportsManage project finances, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and reporting on performanceFacilitate requirements gathering and translate these into clear user stories and acceptance criteriaLead Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client status meetingsCollaborate closely with developers and technical teams, confidently bridging the gap between business and technologyMaintain a strong focus on quality throughout delivery, including QA, handover, and sign-off processesProactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies earlyContribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practicesSkills & Experience:Proven experience managing digital projects within an agency environment, ideally across CMS and e-commerce platformsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and structured communication skillsExcellent client-facing abilities—professional, composed, and credible under pressureStrong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reportingComfortable engaging in technical discussions with developers and architectsSkilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogsSolid understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery governanceStrong reporting and documentation discipline, with clear visibility across project statusWillingness to travel to London and occasionally across the UK for client meetings and workshopsA collaborative team player with a positive, balanced approach to deliveryThere is a 2 stage interview process with interview slots now available, apply now to be considered! #J-18808-Ljbffr
