We are proud to be representing our client who is on the lookout for an sales coordinator on a hybrid basis to join the sales operation of this nationwide forward thinking company. This presents an excellent opportunity for future development into more senior roles within a very good stable niche industry. This desk-based role focuses on generating and sending quotes for new hardware systems, alongside acting proactively on inbound sales leads. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and issue accurate quotes for hardware based on business customer requirements and predefined application templates. * Liaise with internal technical and sales teams to ensure quotes meet customer needs and company standards. * Maintain and update CRM systems with quote details, customer interactions, and follow-ups. * Process/respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. * Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications. * Build product knowledge around the hardware systems and stay informed about new offerings and updates. * Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes. To be considered you will be : * Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus. * Previous experience in a sales support or quoting role is desirable but not essential. * Interest in technology or electrical systems is advantageous. Attributes Required: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A Good team player * Able to work accurately to strict deadlines * Able to manage time effectively * Able to communicate at all levels In return you can expect a basic starting salary in the region of £25,000- £27,000 per annum plus a very achieveable bonus of £5000 (pro rata monthly). The hours of work are 08:30 - 5:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 until 2 on a Friday. The position also comes with some excellent company related benefits including holidays that start at 26 days plus bank holidays
