Role: Technical Recruiter/Talent Partner – 3 month FTC

Level: Senior

Salary: £55-65k

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days p/w in office)

Start date: Immediate


Are you a recruitment professional with a track record of hiring into high growth tech businesses? We are seeking a Technical Recruiter/Talent Partner to join our team for a 3-month period to embed with a scale up client to make several key senior hires.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and create effective hiring strategies for software engineering positions.
  • Source and Attract Talent: Build diverse pipelines using creative sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Champion Employer Branding: Promote our employer brand and values to candidates, ensuring a compelling and authentic candidate experience.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Maintain clear, timely communication and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Advise and Train Hiring Managers: Guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
  • Utilise Recruitment Data: Analyse and report on recruitment metrics to drive process improvements.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold fair, inclusive, and legally compliant hiring practices throughout the process.


Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong track record in hiring high level technical roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and digital sourcing methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and relevant employment regulations.
