This role will manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles, partnering with stakeholders to attract and hire top talent. It focuses on strong candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with country-specific employment laws while delivering an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across levels and locations. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing strategies. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and drive offer negotiations. Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and hiring practices.
