Sales Engineer Aftermarket & Proposals Dumbarton | Up to £35,000 | Full-time, Permanent | 37hrs (Flexi-time) Are you a technically minded sales professional who thrives on turning enquiries into orders? We're partnering with a well-established and growing specialist engineering business to find a Sales Engineer who can own the proposals process from first enquiry through to confirmed order. This isn't a cold-calling role. You'll be working with warm, inbound enquiries, interpreting technical requirements, crafting competitive proposals, and building the kind of client relationships that generate repeat business year after year. What You'll Be Doing You'll be the engine behind the aftermarket sales function, managing RFQs, preparing detailed tenders and quotations, and acting as the key point of contact for customers across retrofit, parts and equipment upgrade solutions.
