We're recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer to join a growing commercial team. This role is about more than just quoting, it's about understanding customer requirements, solving problems, and building strong working relationships with clients across engineering and manufacturing sectors.
You'll handle incoming enquiries, manage existing accounts, and help identify new business opportunities. This is a varied role that blends customer service, technical know-how, and commercial awareness.
What you'll be doing: Responding to incoming phone and email enquiries. Preparing quotes based on technical specifications and drawings. Supporting existing customers and building long-term relationships. Managing your own customer accounts from enquiry to delivery. Working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely orders. Helping identify and convert new business opportunities.
