Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager with a background in Lighting, offering uncapped commission, remote working, regional travel, and career progression opportunities. The role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business across Devon, Cornwall, and South Somerset, selling innovative lighting products to construction and related industries. The position offers autonomy, with the ability to work from home and travel as needed.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market awareness.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to generate leads.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and promote strategic initiatives.
• Engage with customers via face-to-face meetings, phone, and email to understand their needs and propose solutions.
• Coordinate quotations with the commercial team and follow up.
• Perform some design responsibilities related to lighting products.
• Work remotely with quarterly visits to the office.

The ideal candidate will be a Technical Sales Manager or similar with experience in lighting, willing to cover the specified geographic patch.
