As the Technical Sales Manager (Photonics & Imaging), you are responsible for managing key Imaging customers and a field sales team covering both the Imaging and Photonics markets. Additionally the employee would directly drive new business growth in new and existing high potential customers, instigate new design-in opportunities with customers to convert short and long-term recurring revenue, work with the Imaging Technology centre to develop bespoke solutions for key customers, conduct negotiations up to closing orders and managing follow on sales, establish and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers, from R&D, Engineering and Purchasing to CEO/CTO level, develop your team and work on personal development plans, and develop and implement the P&I strategy and ensure long-term profitable growth.
