We’re hiring: Technical Sales Manager @ Homely

The role

 

You’ll grow Homely through installer and partner-led sales - working with manufacturers, installers, energy companies, sales partners and installer networks to turn potential into real results (more installs, stronger partnerships, happier customers).

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Build & manage key partnerships and sales relationships
  • Develop new business through direct outreach
  • Drive partner success through technical onboarding + installer enablement
  • Deliver remote/on-site installer training and hands-on technical support
  • Work closely with product, ops, sales, marketing + customer success
  • Be the voice of installers inside Homely
  • Track performance and spot opportunities to improve and scale

 

 

✅ What we’re looking for

 

  • 2–5 years in technical sales / partnerships / BD / account management
  • Strong communicator, commercially sharp, results-driven
  • Comfortable supporting technical products (energy/heating/smart tech a plus)
  • Passion for the energy transition
  • UK driving licence + access to a car
