Bryght is an event technology company delivering immersive experiences for brands, exhibitions and corporate events across the UK.

We specialise in:

• LED video walls

• AV production and screen hire

• gaming and VR activations

• immersive brand experiences

• exhibition and event technology

Our projects range from corporate events and exhibitions to gaming activations and brand experiences.

We’re now looking for a Technical Sales & Project Manager to help us grow while ensuring our events are delivered to the highest standard.

The Role

This is a hybrid role combining sales, technical planning and project delivery.

You will take responsibility for projects from initial enquiry through to event delivery, acting as the client’s main point of contact throughout.

The role is ideal for someone who understands the AV or events industry, enjoys working with clients, and takes pride in delivering well-executed events.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Enquiry Handling

• Respond to inbound enquiries

• Understand client briefs and recommend solutions

• Prepare quotes and proposals

• Follow up quotes to convert them into bookings

• Build relationships with agencies, stand builders and event organisers

Technical Planning

• Specify equipment and technical solutions including:

  • LED video walls
  • screens and TVs
  • PA systems
  • lighting
  • gaming and VR equipment
  • immersive event technology

• Create equipment lists and production plans

• Coordinate any sub-hire requirements

Project Management

• Manage projects from booking through to delivery

• Brief warehouse and technical teams

• Ensure equipment is prepared correctly

• Attend key installations where required

• Ensure projects are delivered professionally and on schedule

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams

• Ensure accurate equipment prep and job documentation

• Coordinate transport and crew where required

What We're Looking ForEssential

• Experience in the events, AV, or exhibition industry

• Good understanding of event technology and AV equipment

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• Experience using Current RMS or rental management software

• Background as an AV technician or engineer

• Experience working with agencies or exhibition stand builders

Salary & Benefits

£35,000 – £40,000 base salary

Commission on converted sales
