Job Responsibilities:
Ensure full and timely progression of customer quotations. Assist the sales team with technical clarifications and appraisals. Co-ordinate orders efficiently and effectively. Maintain and develop strong customer and supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with the quality management system. Handle all sales transactions in a professional manner. Accurately maintain all records and files. Undertake additional tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Organised, self-motivated, and customer-centric attitude. Knowledge of electrical bulk materials or experience in a similar technical role. Supply chain experience, particularly in the oil and gas sector, is advantageous. Effective communication and negotiation skills with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
